Many senior living facilities do not have the capabilities to adjust their care when a resident’s health changes or declines, and we know how frustrating it can be to have to move in and out of different buildings. Our levels of care allow us to adjust care plans as medical needs change to provide the best opportunity to stay with us, without having to change buildings.

Licensed nursing professionals on-site, at all times. Many other facilities will only have nurses on call. We keep a certified nursing professional on-site 24/7 to ensure that should a medical need arise, we are able to address it at any hour of the day or night.

Medical Partnership
At Orchard Heights, our residents can choose to keep their current physician care physician or switch to receive care under Dr. Powers and Trish Bellinger NP.
Dr. Catherine Powers, MD is a Family Medicine Specialist, specializing in geriatric medicine. Dr. Powers has over 28 years of experience in the medical field. She graduated from Wright State U, School of Medicine.
Trish Bellinger is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner for Team Health since 2016. She completed her master’s degree at Binghamton University in 2004. Trish has a background in Endocrinology, Women’s Health, Subacute Rehabilitation, and specializes in Geriatric care.
