Our Assisted Living Residence is located on 30 acres of beautifully landscaped countryside in Orchard Park, New York. It is approximately one mile from the center of the village of Orchard
Park and minutes from downtown Buffalo and its surrounding suburbs. The location of Orchard Heights is marked on the map below with a star.

A mini-bus provides transportation
for residents going on shopping trips, or on outings to a special
event planned by our full time Recreation Director. Our
private car and driver provides transportation within the Orchard
Park area for medical appointments or necessary errands within
the area.
