Our specialized Memory Care staff provides expert Dementia and Alzheimer's care while enriching the lives of our residents, enabling them to maintain an independent lifestyle in a safe environment.
The RN case manager develops personalized care plans for each resident in conjunction with the memory care coordinator while our nurses and other team members participate in continuing education programs on the most current memory care practices. We also include the families in these care plans to insure that we are getting a comprehensive look at the resident, especially if they are new. We continue to have regular family meetings to review care plans and make sure we are meeting and exceeding all resident needs.
With our comfortable, home-like setting, our Memory Care residence accommodates individuals in the earlier to mid stage Alzheimer's and Dementia related illness.
Memory Care residents receive all of our senior care services and amenities for one all-inclusive fee. Our pricing varies according to room type only. All residents receive the same excellent services, no matter what room type they select.
