Orchard Heights provides true around the clock, 24/7 nursing services and each shift is fully-staffed by our Licensed Professional Nurses.
In providing a home for our residents, we believe each resident and family member should have the peace of mind that we have nurses in the building, on site, in each unit should an emergency arise that requires an evaluation to determine if further medical intervention is required.
Our Licensed Professional Nurses are trained in Assisted Living and Memory Care services, including medication management, diabetic care, oxygen management, nebulizer treatments, and we work very closely with local hospitals and rehabilitation centers throughout a hospitalization or rehabilitative stay to ensure that your loved one is returned home to Orchard Heights once their stay is completed.
Medication Management / Pharmacy Services:
Orchard Heights' licensed nurses help manage medications, including diabetic, Alzheimer's, and dementia medication.
You will never have to worry whether you are taking the right prescriptions at the right time of day, because we take care of that for you!
- Working with our partner pharmacists we evaluate drug interactions and make appropriate recommendations.
- Our nurses communicate with our partner pharmacists directly, arranging your medication purchases for you.
- Prescriptions are delivered to our residence and maintained by our nurses.
