Typical Recreation Programs at Orchard Heights:

• Outings: Weekly trips  in our 20 passenger bus  to area museums, galleries, restaurants, theater, concerts, shopping and Athletic events.
• Creative Outlets: Whether your a novice actor, artist or writer we have a program for you. which include: Orchard Heights Thespians, painting classes, crafts classes and cooking classes Musical Programs include Monthly sing a longs, Name that tune, Music thru the Decades , piano concerts and special guest musicians.
• Exercise: Staying fit is essential to  good health .  Our residents can chose from yoga, dancercise, walking club, exercise equipment and our daily morning exercise classes.
• Religious:  Our residents enjoy a variety of church services right in their own home.  Catholic, Protestant and non denominational services are offered
• Games: We play a large variety of card games, table games, group games and word games.
• Special Events:   We have many special events each month including: guest speakers, musical entertainment, fashion shows, talent shows and more .
• Dog Therapy: Bear, a black labrador, visits us once per month.
