Linda Kropczynksi Elected Orchard Heights Co- Worker of The Year

Linda Kropczynksi has served Orchard Heights, Inc. Assisted Living & Memory Care Residence as Recreation Leader of the Memory Care Community since 2004. Her top priority is taking excellent care of her residents.

Linda is always upbeat, positive, and professional. Her residents especially appreciate her fabulous sense of humor; she ensures that the present moment—the only moment available to individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia—is as happy as it can possibly be.

Linda is also a tremendous resident advocate: she makes sure that resident and family concerns are addressed and issues resolved. She is especially vigilant about resident and co-worker safety and is a contributing member of the Orchard Heights Safety Committee. For special events, she volunteers her time as a face painter or in any other role necessary. She also donates raffles for fundraising efforts.

Linda is also a valuable team member: she even helps out in the laundry department when a co-worker is out sick and assists the nursing staff whenever she can. Linda is reliable and available to pick up extra shifts when Orchard Heights needs her.
